Friday September 16 Jenn and Nick

Manager Communication: 

A busier night than we have had recently, we were down one bartender, but it was still very manageable. 

We did have a power surge around 6pm. It flipped a couple breakers, but we were able to get everything running very quickly. The fire department came shortly after and said that there was smoke from a manhole on the corner. I took them down to the basement and they tested for C02, but everything was clear. They said we shouldn't have any further issues. 

We are pretty low on some of the T-Shirt options. 

The base with the motors for our new bubbler finally came in. It is on the bar top. Unfortunately the rest of the parts are still in transit and will not arrive for a couple days. I already broke down the old bubbler, so we will have to use store n' pours for the time being. 

I was very clear with Jameson about closing responsibilities tonight. Papa and I both spoke to him, so there should be no excuse for things not being done properly tomorrow. 

Prep List: We are out of ginger puree so we could not batch fusion. Gil is kindly going to bring over some extra ginger pineapple syrup from NPP tomorrow. I ran the numbers and we will still need a double batch to get to Thursday. We have a little left, but will need to batch that double batch early tomorrow.
