Manager Communication: Easy straightforward day. Barebones staff and everyone was able to easily handle their sections. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley opened and closed lobby bar today. She praised Darius' close and says it has been one of the best closes she's seen lately. Lee opened trees and seemed to have struggled a bit claiming he did not have time to do an opening stock. I believe it was more an issue of time management and idling around, but I didn't get a chance to investigate it further. However Trees was pretty stocked and regardless and was ready to go. Jenna took over after Demolition Man was seated and Lee was cut shortly after. 

Special Events? Demolition Man did relatively well. No one really came to the bar afterwards to drink. EA

86ed / counts on items: There was a count placed on the Mr. Fusion for the time being. EA

Prep List: A Negroni Keg needs to be batched tomorrow. Mr. Fusion was not batched because the lack of Aperol, if it doesn't come tomorrow, then I'll buy a bottle if we run super low. There is a Neon Demon in the walk in that needs Pamplemoose liqueur. Again, if it doesn't come in tomorrow, then we will source one to finish it.  EA

Over/Short on Banks:

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor will be picking up a wrongly-delivered box of Saratoga water bottles tomorrow morning when dropping off kitchen's delivery.  Edgar will leave the box on the table where candy is stored in the kitchen for service, and it is labeled for pick up.  JH

Maintenance: The lowboy door at Trees is still off of the track.  It has been added to the Maintenance Doc, and the piece that fell out of it last week is in a rocks glass next to the Fire Walk With Me.  Edgar took a look at it, and it appears that one of the screws holding the slider in place has broken in half. 

Additionally, the hooks for the broom/dustpan/squeegee broom at Trees have arrived, and are awaiting installation.  The hooks are in a narrow cardboard box that has been placed in the cabinets above the Trees service pass, on the side closer to where Th4/6 tickets print. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
