Manager Communication: Good Day. Busy dinner round, busy Spoons before and a pop after the show at Trees. 

Customer Comments:  A guest named Jan Heisey came in and said that she planned a picnic for 20-22 people at 11:30am on Saturday 8/6 and she wants to bring them here for brunch if it rains. They would love the Mezz. Her number is 917-400-6958.  I let her know that at that time it would be very easy to accommodate them. 

BAR Staff Observations:  Chelsea and Darius had great opens. Chelsea stayed for the beginning of the spoons rush and once we saw it was manageable she left, which was right as Trees emptied out.  Ian and Darius worked Spoons smoothly.  Ian and Andrea both had great shifts and closed the bars. 

Special Events?  Spoons went pretty well. Good crowd tonight.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Dona Spice and a delivery with Saratoga and oranges were here when I arrived. 

Mobilebytes Issues: Something weird is happening with my log in. I clocked in at 2:49 then after Gerard had left I tried to use my number to close out a check in tenders for apple pay at lobby bar and my permission was denied. I went to clock out and it somehow logged me out without clocking me out (there was no out time stamp) and it would only let me clock in, which I did and my number worked fine, but after Spoons let out I tried to apply a guest token as payment at Trees lounge and the same thing happened.  I clocked in 3 times today. Please help. Thanks.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
