Saturday 7/30 Jenn/Nick/Edgar

Manager Communication: Easygoing brunch service, with Paprika selling really well, and all other movies in later rounds steadily climbing in ticket sales throughout the day.  Lobby definitely fielded a lot of walk in ticketing throughout service today.  JH

Another busy day for nope. We were a little backed up for the 6pm round due to a broken glass in the well, but we were able to reset and recover pretty quickly. 

The lobby bar is down to one menu and some of the theaters are missing menus as well. I am not sure what is happening to them, but can we print like ten more menus when we reprint this week.

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha opened Lobby bar without issue, and was very helpful when Miguel arrived for his first live bartending shift.  Andrea worked solo up in Trees, which was pretty mellow until a little after one, when people began arriving for The Brunch Club just as Th1 hit a big service push.  I swung Natasha upstairs to help Andrea by taking over service bar, and Ashley arrived shortly after that, so Natasha was able to return to Lobby.

Once closers were in, service really took off, and was pretty much nonstop during the third round seating up at Trees. JH

FOH Staff Observations: James was incredibly helpful by grabbing me at Lobby when he noticed that Andrea had gotten a lot of guests at Trees while Th1 was seating.  Because he reached out so quickly, I was able to get Natasha and myself upstairs behind the bar at Trees before Andrea had even gotten to a walkie.  James has consistently been great at communicating needs throughout the building, even in theaters and areas that he is not currently stationed in. JH

The lobby bar was struggling for glassware for a couple hours. Miguel went into the server station and found several racks of dirty glasses stacked up. Can we re-iterate to the newer servers that glass racks need to go to the dish as soon as they are full.

Prep List: We will need a keg of espresso martini and strawberry mansion made in the next couple days. 

Pay Outs: $150.00 (DJ & Eliel).  JH

Lost & Found?: 2 credit cards were left at the bars. 

Maintenance: The hot water at trees went out towards the end of the night. we were able to reset the hot water heater. 

Mobilebytes Issues: When Miguel clocked in for his shift, he did not have the option of Bartender.  I had him clock in as a server, and then Gil walked me through how to add clock-in options to staff on MobileBytes.  Miguel's clock in was updated. JH

Filmbot Issues: Filmbot disconnected from the printer, and then the cardreader, during the first round today.  After checking the plugs, and force quitting than reopening the app, it was back online relatively quickly. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
