Manager Communication:  Busy day right from the start. Thor hit us right away, with busy Th1 & Th2 all day. The shows being an hour apart gave us strong 2 hour long drink rushes between the pre-movie bar traffic and the service bar. JM

This kept going the same until the last Thor round. Very busy but smooth running Thorsday. 

Customer Comments: Helped someone with Apple Pay.  
A customer alerted us that someone threw up in the Women's Lobby bathroom. We got someone in there right away.  EL

BAR Staff Observations: Ian and Chelsea opened, with Ian cutting garnishes and doing some sidework to set Trees up for its busy night. Chelsea got right into busy service back to back and did a great job, calling for help where needed but mostly holding it down for the first two Thors solo. Ian also got rocked and did a great job balancing our busiest walk in ticketing in weeks with pretty well sold opening rounds. As an MOD, be prepared to be down in lobby to help with ticketing; lots of people are walking in for Thor. JM

Tevon closed Trees and Andrea closed Lobby.  Both had strong closes thanks to Chelsea and Ian who set them up for success, and their own hard work.  Lobby got busy with a softball team sitting at Patio and as Jesse mentioned, with walk up tickets. EL

FOH Staff Observations: Great seamless teamwork throughout the evening. EL

Prep List: Ian made Firewalk, Fusion, Neon Demon, pineapple ginger syrup and Eliel is infusing Strawberry Gin. JM
I did infuse the strawberry Gin. I also made espresso martini and Strawberry Mansion EL

Pay Outs: $50 coke, $39 coke and $37 ginger ale EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Sarene came today, all in for the week except for Ruby which will be in tomorrow JM

Maintenance: Low water pressure downstairs was contributing to the carbonation issues, so I swapped the filters. We will need more, I will order on Webstaurant. JM

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
