Manager Communication: Pretty mellow day in theaters, with Minions dominating the first two rounds, and the dinner round Thor getting to 100.  Trivia was packed tonight, but service ran very smoothly throughout.

BAR Staff Observations: Ian and Tevon (along with Edgar) did a great job opening, with Ian setting the bar up for Trivia before I had arrived.  Once Jenna got in, I swung Tevon upstairs to run floor service, and Ian and Lee took care of the bar.  Edgar got out a little before nine, and Jenna had a very quiet evening before closing Lobby.  Very busy trivia night, with Ian getting out of here once we had reset the floor, and Tevon leaving shortly after, having helped Lee restock glassware, leaving Lee in great shape to close.

FOH Staff Observations: Jovani was a big help today at Trees during Trivia.  She had been assigned support, and once no theaters needed extra hands, she saw that Trees was busy, and helped Tevon bus tables and run drinks during the heavier pushes.

Hiring/Training: Edgar did his second day of bar training at Lobby this morning, opening with Tevon.  He got some training on Filmbot, and did a building tour with Nick.  All of his paperwork is submitted and he set up his ADP account last night.  

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Miguel is out with COVID.  Added to the Sick Calendar.

Special Events? Trivia was great tonight, with a ton of new faces joining in.  The cocktail special for the night was named after one of the hosts, Kevin, and guests absolutely loved it.

86ed / counts on items: We are 86'd Ruby Hibiscus and Two Robbers.

Prep List: Nick made Viking Space Magic.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor and US Foods arriving tomorrow.

Maintenance: The air conditioning at Trees is out.  I noticed that the thermostat was off just as Trivia began.  In the interim, as it was so crowded at Trees this evening, I lowered the temp on the Mezz aircon to try and compensate.  Nick and I checked the power boxes, and went to the roof to reset it, but it remained off.  Gerard said he will add it to the Palco email thread, along with the Th1 issue.

Additionally, the line connecting the blue solution (Performance Rinse Additive) to the glasswasher at Trees may need to be replaced.  It's been leaking a lot of product, causing us to go through it much more quickly than we should be.  Added to Maintenance Doc.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
