Manager Communication: Pretty steady day of service, with Thor continuing to rise in ticket sales throughout service. 

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley (and Lee) and Tevon had already done a great job opening by the time I arrived. Both bars handled service without issue, and I was able to get Tevon out of here shortly after the second round had sat. 

Jenna held down Trees solo while Ashley walked Lee through building a restock list, keeping an eye on product levels, and where to find items in the liquor room and walk in.  Once she got some batching done, Ashley was cut just as the third round began seating. 

Lee completed his third day of training and will be in tomorrow to close Trees with Ian for his final day of training. 

Hiring/Training: As mentioned above, Lee had his third day of training, opening Trees with Ashley. He did a great job, taking the lead at service bar for the heavier Thor service pushes, and then making and completing a restock on his own. Ashley filled in notes for him in the Training Binder. 

Miguel still needs a training sheet started, once we can print out more bar training sheets.

All in-house Michelada and Viking Space Magic is stocked behind both bars. 

Prep List: Ashley made Fire Walk With Me, Lemonade, Neon Demon, and Strawberry Lemon Slushie. 

I made Grenadine, Pineapple Ginger Syrup, and Simple Syrup. 

Maggi is expected to arrive tomorrow from Baldor, so Michelada should be made when that gets in. Mr. Fusion and Viking Space Magic should be made when Ojo de Tigre and Mead arrive, respectively. 

Maintenance: Ashley found that the leak from Lobby Bar appears to be coming from the solo sink right beside Filmbot.
