Manager Communication: Another very busy evening, with all floors fielding a lot of sold out, or near sold out, screenings well into the third round.  JH

Customer Comments: With regards to the guest argument in the last round screening of Nope in Th3, I walked outside with the guests to make sure nothing happened on property and strongly urged both of them to go their separate ways, which they ultimately did.  JH

BAR Staff Observations: I was able to get both openers, Jenna and Tevon, out of here shortly after closers were in and everyone had eaten.  Darius and Lee were great down at Lobby today.  Lee has definitely settled into service and Filmbot, and Darius is great about getting out from behind the bar, at both Trees and Lobby, and making sure that tables are getting bussed and wiped down, and that guests are settled.

Similarly, Ashley and Ian were great at Trees this evening, handling the 9:00pm Th1 Nope service push without an expo, as I was downstairs informing guests about the HVAC issues in Th1.  Tevon stuck around through the 6:00pm Nope seating, and Ashley and Ian toggled between guests, service, and restocks throughout the night without any need for direction.  All around a really great service to cap off a very busy weekend.  JH

FOH Staff Observations: I have noticed that some of the newer servers will leave the service pass with half-full trays during initial, busy service pushes, even if there are completed tickets that could fit on the tray still in the pass.  I understand that drink running at the top of a sold out show can be very time consuming, so didn't want to call anyone back and disrupt the flow.  But I figured it was something to keep an eye on.  JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: A lot of glassracks have been run through the Trees glasswasher right side up this weekend.  I think some of the newer servers and runner may just need a reminder to make sure upright glasses are rinsed and placed back in the glassrack upside down before being run through the machine. JH

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Dona Spice Soda, Ruby Hibiscus Water, and Two Robbers. JH

Prep List: Eliel was able to batch Espresso Martini, Haywood Ranch Water, Lemonade, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Neon Demon, and Strawberry Mansion (charged and ready for service) before he got out of here.  Eliel's batching really carried us through service tonight as there was never enough of a lull for me to send a bartender back to batch.

Simple Syrup will need to be made tomorrow, once sugar arrives from Baldor.  Additionally, Grenadine, Michelada, and Strawberry Lemon Slushie will need to be made tomorrow.

Both bars did a hefty restock before closing, so product levels on batches are fine for open behind the bar.  JH

Lost & Found?: A card was left at Trees for a tab earlier in the afternoon.  It was run with autograt, and put in the lost card box.  I left the information with Nathaniel.  JH

Maintenance: The ice machine situation at Trees is the same as it was yesterday.  

When Palco comes in tomorrow to check on Th1 again, can we have them check the filters on the HVAC unit for Lobby?  It has been sitting steadily at 80 degrees all weekend down there, and may need some attention. JH

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
