Manager Communication: Slow opening round today transitioning into a slightly busier dinner round, but ruled by Minions so slower drink rushes. No issues. JM

Got better in the dinner round. Trees had a decent pop until about 10:30 and it dwindled down. 

Customer Comments:
A guest came down after the dinner round from theater 2, informed me a drink was spilled from behind on them at seat 2311 and asked if they could get tickets or something. They weren't visibly upset, I  profusely apologized and gladly gave them two passes and they laughed and said it was all good. I went to theater 2 and Jasmine told me she spilled it on them after being accidentally kicked by the person in front of her. She said she checked on the guest and they said they were fine so she kept working and forgot to let the MODs know. I asked her to please let the MODs  know when something like that happens so we can be proactive. 

BAR Staff Observations: Good open by Ian. Chelsea got caught in traffic due to some accidents on the highway and ran late, so I opened Trees and she came in right at open. All good. Nice cleaning day for her upstairs, she scrubbed the walls and shelves and low boys. Ian batched up and then left. JM

Tevon and Andrea had great closes. Andrea was great at communicating when she needed help at filmbot and Dwight helped a couple of times with ticket sales. He's great with guests and his help was greatly appreciated. I did take over from him when I'd get to the Lobby. 

Prep List: Ian made Old Fashioned, Firewalk, Lemonade, Straw Lem and Fusion

Pay Outs: $33 yellow chartreuse 

Lost & Found?: Madeline found a set of air pods in th3. I gave them to Nathaniel with the seat number. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Southern, Skurnik and T Ed today JM

Maintenance: Middle lobby low bow seems to be gaining a lot of moisture due to condensation --JM
Firewalk Frozen machine at Trees started making a bad noise. Jesse diagnosed it as being the fan, he got it to stop for a bit, then it returned, Tevon emptied and cleaned the machines.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
