Manager Communication: Chill brunch this morning, with The Land Before Time selling very well, and other theaters slowly growing throughout the day.  Had a fairly large crowd at Patio during brunch, even with the heat, which Andrea handled without issue. JH

Had a similarly chill middle round, slowly increasing ticket sales as it got later due to lots of folks being out and about. I think the weather kept people doing outdoor activities during the day, but then resulting in a large number of walk ins at night as the dinner round was much busier than the previous rounds and the late round we did a TON of walk in ticketing. Busy night at Trees as well, with a few great crowds drinking for several hours and injecting a really excellent energy. JM

Customer Comments: Had a difficult guest that I eventually had to cut off tonight. He was at Trees at first, drinking the Barry Lyndon and repeatedly trying to flag myself or the busy bartenders down. When I finally approached him, he asked me to put his podcast on the bar speakers and I told him that I absolutely could not. He was persistent and I explained we played our music, only. He then kept trying to hand his bluetooth headphones to the bartenders while they were working, and I asked him to stop. He then did the same with a guest and kept asking her to try the Barry Lyndon and I told him to please stop bothering the surrounding guests or I would have to ask him to leave. He read as tipsy but more just difficult/annoying than anything else. Then he went into Theater 5 and tried to order two Barry Lyndons and asked Justin to buy "shots for the row". At this point I told him that he could not order the Trees cocktails and needed to stop trying to insist on pushing drinks on other guests and disrupting the movie. He wandered up to Trees, and I followed him up, cutting him off when he tried to order. He then left the building, but his cousin remained in Theater 5 and paid his food tab. JM

BAR Staff Observations: Andrea and Natasha did a great job opening, and were both able to get some sidework done, with Andrea cutting a bunch of citrus for both floors and Natasha finishing the update on the draft list boards at Trees.  Once Chelsea came in, she restocked both bars and got some batching done to get bar ready for dinner service.  I was able to cut both openers by four, with Chelsea and Tevon holding down each bar solo until closers came in. JH

Great work from everyone today. Darius, Tevon and Ashley were rockstars at Trees. I was able to cut Tevon by 9 pm and Chelsea by 9:45 pm. Darius was a huge help at EON moving between the bars to allow stocks. JM

Prep List: Chelsea made Arbol Tequila, Fire Walk With Me, Lemonade, Mr. Fusion, and Strawberry Lemon Slushie.  I made Simple Syrup and finished off the Neon Demon batches once the Prickly Pear puree arrived. JH

Ashley made Old Fashioned, Mansion (needs to be charged tomorrow as it was made too late) and I finished up some syrups and infusions. Looking healthy, may need a Graceland tomorrow but it is so/so sales wise so I've been judicious. JM
