Manager Communication: Second round was busy at both bars, and it was a fairly lively night for a Wednesday.  Great crowd at Trees from about seven until last call.  Appeared to be a mix of BRIC concert goers, and guests here to see Top Gun and Set It Off.

Customer Comments: Had two guests in the last round screening of Men come to Lobby asking for a refund because of excessive guest noise in the theater, and said that they had shushed them multiple times to no avail.  Chelsea gave them e-credits, and they said they would return at a later date.  I touched base with Jeannette, and we both went into the theater separately, and it just seemed like a more reactive crowd in a fairly quiet film, so no one was warned about their noise levels.  Other than the two guests that opted for e-credits, no one else in the theater had any noise complaints.

BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea, Darius, and Ian had great opens, with a lot of downtime in the first round.   Ian got a lot of garnish prep and glassware stocked, and Chelsea was able to walk Darius through a fairly comprehensive Lobby open.  Once Gabrielle got in, she and Ian handled the Top Gun rush no problem, and I was able to have Ian get a fair amount of batching out of the way in anticipation of Jurassic World's release tomorrow.

Ian and Darius were able to get out of her after the second round, and both Chelsea and Gabrielle slid into easy closes.

Hiring/Training: Darius completed his second day of training.  He was in Lobby Bar with Chelsea until a little after eight, when first floor had gotten through its second round service push.  Really great work again, and Chelsea walked him through the checklist for Day 2, and I gave him another walkthrough in the walk in and we reviewed keg service.

Gil made a section in the FOH Training Binder for Bartenders, and I had Chelsea fill it out with her Day 2 notes.  Replacing the column where servers will note how many tables a trainee served during their training shift, we have a column for notes on theater service and guest-facing service, and if a trainee needs additional training in either arena.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Walked all bartenders through BRIC protocols, but we should definitely send out an email with specifics so everyone is on the same page.  Trees will keep a tally of all passes handed out on concert days, and Lobby will hand out staff passes as labeled by Gil.

Trees Lounge gave out nine passes to BRIC ticketholders.

Lena returned her two passes, and they are in the envelope on the board in the MOD's Office.  Neither John nor Conrad returned their passes.

Prep List: Ian made Arbol Tequila, Cinema Paradiso, Fire Walk With Me, Lemonade, Mr. Fusion, and a Negroni keg.  I made Simple Syrup.

Cinema Paradiso, Danger Zone, and Strawberry-Infused Gin should be made tomorrow to prep for the weekend.
