Manager Communication: Pretty easy Sunday afternoon. Land before time did great.  EL

Plenty of popular screenings tonight, but never really felt too much of a crunch at service bar.  Both Trees and Patio had small crowds throughout the evening, which naturally dwindled around 10:00/10:30. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha & Tevon opened Trees and lobb and were set up for good shift. When Darius arrived Tevon stocked both bars and clocked out EL

Cut Natasha a little after four, and Ashley and Dylan were great up at Trees this evening.  Both bars were really proactive about restocking product and stocking glassware throughout the evening, which was great to see.

I touched base with both Darius and Jenna at Lobby, to reiterate the importance of touching tables and bussing Patio, even during busier rounds, after Gil brought it to my attention that the Patio was in dire need of bussing after the dinner round had sat.  I also reminded them that if they were working Lobby and felt unable to get out from behind the bar, that they were certainly allowed to call for a Bar Manager for assistance, just like in any other busy service circumstance.  Other than that, both did a great job behind the bar at Lobby today, and did not need much other support.

Both Darius and Dylan got out of here around nine, as the final round was pretty mellow and Ashley and Jenna closed without issue.  JH

Prep List: I made lemonade, Firewalk and strawberry mansion. EL

I made an Espresso Martini keg, Graceland, Lemonade, Michelada, Simple Syrup, and Strawberry Lemon Slushie. JH

Lost & Found?: A kid retrieved his wallet, a couple of guest retrieved a cards. EL

Mobilebytes Issues: Sometime between closing last night and opening today, Mobilebytes removed the zero count on the Auguste Orange Wine.  This was only caught when a guest ordered a glass during the dinner rounds.  I re-86'd, but something to for opening managers to keep an eye on.  JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
