Manager Communication: Good night. I came in just as the party began. We had a nice pop from 4/6 and Lobby bar was busy during the dinner rounds. 

Customer Comments: I helped a guest settle their tab with apple pay on filmbot

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Chelsea opened Trees and Lobby and Tevon and Gabrielle closed them down. Chelsea batched and was cut after dinner round slowed down.  Ashley worked the party with Tevon, and then batched a bit, stocked and did a great job with our trail Andrea.

Hiring/Training: Andrea trailed today and did a great job. She really liked the set up and environment, and was there for the buy out, which was great exposure to busy service bar and guest facing. She is going to email availability for training this week. JM

Special Events?  The bar portion of the event was smooth sailing. Easily covered by two bartenders with the servers on hand passed. The crowd trickled in and didn’t drink much until right before they went in. JM

Prep List: Chelsea made Cinema Paradiso and Arbol Tequila, Ashley made a strawberry mansion keg, I made a double Michelada and Barry Lyndon mix. 

Lost & Found?: Found a wallet belonging to a Trees guest. ID name is Rhody Kathryn Elizabeth. I gave it to Jeanette. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor (Saratoga, Bar Fruit, Purees, Strawberries) JM

Maintenance: The right side of the Trees bubbler stopped bubbling a couple of times today. Once I turned it off and on and it worked. Later in the evening I noticed it stopped again, so we emptied it into a big store n pour, and shook it vigorously the two times the order came up.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
