Manager Communication: Pretty busy for a Monday, with each round having some theaters with high sales, led by Dr. Strange and Everything Everywhere.  There was a decent crowd at Trees from about 8-10, that was buoyed by Volo players.

Volo had their final game of the season and said they will be in touch about potentially doing this again in their upcoming season at Prospect Park, once they have sorted out park permits.  The Volo bag is in the Bar Storage Closet.

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel and Ashley opened both bars with no issue, with Eliel able to get out of here shortly after everyone had eaten family meal and he had batched a few items.  Gabrielle held down Lobby and Patio for the rest of the evening.

Ashley and Jenna were a great duo at Trees, with Ashley sticking around through the final Dr. Strange service push and then batching and restocking before leaving.  

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: At the server meeting on Thursday, I think a quick review of how to handle a heavy drink rush would be appropriate.  Sometimes servers will hold off on entering drink orders when catching up, when it is actually easier for service flow if they continue entering tickets and communicate to service bar to hold off on making drinks until the ones already made have been ran to guests.  

This issue does not come up too often, but as we are getting busier a staffwide refresher would serve to get everybody on the same page.

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Dona Spice Soda.  All in-house lime juice is stocked behind both bars.

We are using Fever Tree Ginger Beer until we receive Gosling's.

Prep List: Eliel made The Bar With No Door, Mr. Fusion, and a Strawberry Mansion keg (which needs Rhubarb Bitters and to be charged).  Ashley made Cinema Paradiso.

We will need to make Demerara, Hazelnut, Hibiscus, and Simple Syrups when sugar arrives.

Maintenance: The frozen machine holding the Cinema Paradiso at Trees was not connecting with the rotator today, rendering the machine unusable.  We pulled Cinema Paradiso from Lobby for service.  Ashley emptied out the one at Trees and cleaned it, and neither she, Jesse, nor myself could get the rotator to connect.  Jesse said that Lee will be in tomorrow to check the engine on some other machines, and he will be sure to bring his attention to this one, too.
