Manager Communication: Very busy Monday all three rounds, with a great bar crowd at Trees from about six onward.  First round was led with high-selling kids movies, and the second round Everything Everywheres kept Trees service bar busy all the way through the Drag Me to Hell screening.

Volo split between hanging at Trees and Patio, with more Volo players than usual stopping by this week.  The specials were moved back to the walk in (current count is El Segundo: 7 and Turbo Water: 25).

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley did a great job holding down Lobby Bar all night, and Eliel and Ryan navigated a very busy Trees and service bar all evening.  There was a small hiccup in service when a new wave of Volo players arrived at Trees during the initial service push for the 7:10 Th2, due to stocking issues.  But, it was rectified quickly, and both bars ran smoothly otherwise all night.

Busy service all day today, and Ashley was very helpful in assisting Ryan in his closing restock, and she also took care of some pre-closing items to help him with the later in-theater last call.

86ed / counts on items: Several items in Prep List are partially batched, waiting on deliveries.

Prep List: Eliel made kegs of Old Fashioned, Strawberry Mansion (needs Rhubarb Bitters), and Two Lane Blacktop.

I made Lemonade, Simple Syrup, and Strawberry Lemon Slushie.  The constant and consistent batching of Lemonade, Strawberry Lemon Slushie, and Fire Walk With Me have kept us flying through sugar all weekend and through today.  I also made Fire Walk With Me and Mr. Fusion, which will both need Lime Juice added once it arrives.  

Arbol Tequila and Michelada will need to be made tomorrow.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
