Manager Communication: Busy night tonight. Service went well. We added a few more tables to the patio. It was very busy out there tonight. We will have to make sure we are supporting the lobby a little more now if they are busy on the patio.

BAR Staff Observations: We had Jo and Jenna opening today. First Friday with two pretty new bartenders opening, and it went pretty well. Jenna seems to be more comfortable working a busy bar rush in Trees. Jo was great downstairs. She did have to be out of here at 9:30 sharp, and didn't let me know until 9:15. I asked her to give us a heads up in advance if she had time constraints around a shift. Her out time was 9:30, which is fair enough for her to expect to be out then, but some communication would have been nice. I had to keep Jenna an hour past her out time, and otherwise probably would have kept them both 30 minutes instead. 

86ed / counts on items: We 86ed Saratoga sparkling towards the end of the night. Should be back in tomorrow morning on the Baldor order. 

Prep List: Ashley batched a bunch of stuff, but there were a couple things that we will not have ingredients for till morning. We will need Mr Fusion and Paradiso batched early tomorrow. We will also need a lemon Punch Syrup made at some point.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Hibiscus, Sparkling water, and blood orange area all coming tomorrow morning.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
