Manager Communication: Mellow start, but then a fairly brisk second and third round on all floors.  High Tide brought in a nice crowd, and Everything Everywhere and The Northman kept theaters active throughout the day.  Trees had a great crowd throughout the second and third rounds, winding down around eleven.  

BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea, Ryan, and Ian all did great work today, with a lot of flexibility in anticipating stocking needs and theater seatings.  

FOH Staff Observations: There was a bit of a back up at Trees service bar at the top of the third round Th2 Everything Everywhere, due to Ash, who was training, being the only server sent down to collect drink trays, along with myself.  By 9:30, the pass was full of completed tickets and Ash was, understandably, overwhelmed and communicated that to me directly.  

We paused Th2 service at Trees, and I reached out to Floor MODs.  Both Sarah and Jeannette went up to the server station to see what was happening.  Once they checked in, more servers came down to collect and run drinks, and the rest of service went smoothly.

Prep List: Jesse made Pineapple Ginger Syrup.  I made Mr. Fusion.  Cinema Paradiso will need to be batched once we get more hazelnuts in for Hazelnut Syrup.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Big Geyser, Skurnik, and Union.

Mobilebytes Issues: The Alabama White BBQ button for the Mushroom Sandwich does not offer the option of getting it on the side.  Could we add that?  We had a guest order one like that at Trees, and there was a bit confusion when Ian wrote in BBQ sauce on the side on the ticket.

Additionally, the Blade Runner drink special buttons need to be removed.

Filmbot Issues: Had a temporary issue with Filmbot not allowing us to sell tickets to walk ins, but it was resolved quickly.  Chelsea communicated the issue immediately, allowing Gil to focus on trying to get it back online, and Chelsea advised guests to purchase tickets online until the issue was resolved.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
