Manager Communication: Mellow Tuesday, punctuated by well-sold screenings in Th1 and Th2.  Everything Everywhere continues to buoy the weeknight dinner round, with The Northman pulling in crowds in most of its screenings today, and Blade Runner was the cherry on top.  The specialty cocktails for Blade Runner were also really popular.

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel and Ryan held it down in Lobby today.  Eliel got some batching done and was able to get out of here right as the third round began.  Ryan was great at guiding guests for Blade Runner to the appropriate theater, and navigated a well-sold Northman screening at the top of the third round.

Ashley and Dylan absolutely crushed Trees service today, handling the addition of the three Blade Runner cocktail specials no problem.  Ashley is really comfortable expo'ing service bar, and Dylan is great about getting out on the floor and bussing tables whenever there is a lull in service.

Once the initial Blade Runner service push was over, Ashley restocked Trees and then watched Lobby while Ryan did a pre-close restock.  Both bars slid into an easy close.   

Special Events? The Blade Runner screening was great, with all three drinks being pretty popular.  The Give Me Four sold out during the initial service push, and guests were happy to switch over to the One on the House instead.  

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Tecate, Michelada, and Stillwater Saison.  All in-house Cinema Paradiso is stocked behind both bars.

Prep List: Eliel made Fire Walk With Me, Lemonade, Mr. Fusion, and Verse Jump.

Hazelnut, Pineapple Ginger, and Simple Syrups will need to be made once sugar arrives.    

Pay Outs: $8 Orange Soda (for Verse Jump)

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
