Manager Communication: Pretty nice afternoon with good sales for Everything and Hong Kong series plus some good sales all around.  Hong Kong & everything had good Trees crowds EL

Great dinner round, with Everything Everywhere doing really well upstairs, with plenty of other theaters having a great third round, too. A lot of people stopping by Trees after the third round let out, with the crowd naturally tapering off by eleven. JH

Customer Comments: Helped some guests with hearing devices and tickets. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Jenna and Natasha opened up lobby and Trees. Ian and Ryan came as strong miss. Great jobs all around EL

Really great work at both bars tonight. Tevon was able to help Ryan through an early dinner push until Ashley got in, and then Tevon was able to head back down to Lobby. 

Both Ian and Ryan restocked both bars and did some batching before heading out. Tevon and Ashley handled both of their bars solo for the rest of their evening, and closed with no issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: The glasswasher at Trees is running much more smoothly now, with the only lingering glass stains being the gold stars in the Fantastic Beasts cocktail. JH

Prep List: prepped double arbol tequila and cinema Paradiso EL

Ian batched Espresso Martini, Old Fashioned, and Strawberry Mansion kegs. Ryan batched Strawberry Gin and a Negroni keg. 

I will charge the Strawberry Mansion keg and strain the Strawberry Gin tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
