Manager Communication: Brisk Saturday morning, with second round really rising in ticket sales, following a well-sold first round Labyrinth screening. A couple of people popped in to Trees this morning just for food and drinks, no movies, which was nice to see.

A guest used a blue ticket voucher for the first round screening of The Lost City. Gil refunded the pass on Filmbot afterwards, so it will not reflect in the report. JH

Super busy afternoon and night tonight, we just kept getting walk ins and boosting to very high sales. The whole day just kept growing, and the dinner round gave us a 1.5 hour rush to service bar and good bar crowds from 6 pm through 10 pm. No issues with service tonight, we ran a good, tight labor ship and bar was super efficient. Was able to cut Natasha at 9:15 pm and Tevon at 9:45 after they stocked, respectively. JM

BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea and Jo both had great opens, and were able to get breaks once Tevon and Natasha arrived. Jo was able to get out of here a little before five, after restocking Lobby. Both Tevon and Natasha slipped into service smoothly.

Chelsea was a great help with batching, and was great at communicating product levels during restocks, as we try to get through the last of the Winter Menu product. JH

Tevon was a stocking beast today, per usual. Ashley and Ryan did exceptionally well handling service bar with Tevon on guest facing bar. Ashley and Ryan also did a very nice job closing tonight, with noticeably full glassware and well cleaned and staggered break down of stations. Felt very well oiled. Ashley helped batch in the PM. Both she and Chelsea are very quickly adapting to being touch-points for managers on the floor and handling product levels amidst the menu change. It's a huge, encouraging help to service to see them in the roles. JM

FOH Staff Observations: Good job tonight on drink running. We were short on runners, so no runner support for the dinner round which we knew and there were usually servers on deck with no lag time. Had to call for support a couple of times for 4&6 and pause service to 2 at the height of their rush, but managers stepped up to support and before long we were back on track. Good communication. JM

86ed / counts on items: 86’d: Victory Golden Monkey, Jack’s Abbey, Cardinal Bourbon Cream Soda, and Cutwater Horchata.

Count on Westbrook Gose and Other Half DIPA, as all in-house stock is behind both bars. JH

Count on Biscotti Break, just what is behind the bars right now for Mulatschak. JM

Prep List: I made Bloody Mary and Michelada this morning. Chelsea made Fire Walk With Me.

Jesse brought in Ancho, and the Paloma keg made last night is currently charging.

Bloody Mary Concentrate will need to be made tomorrow. JH

Ashley made Porn Star and a little more Firewalk (it's flying again, adjust your expectations and batch up). I made Iceberg. JM

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor (oranges, lemons, limes, tomato juice, blood orange juice, sugar, and honey). JH

Maintenance: Th1 had sound issues during the first round, with the problem being rectified during the flip between the first and second rounds. Th1 had this issue last night during the final round, so it looks like the problem just persisted overnight. JH
