Manager CommunicationPretty busy Sunday to start.
Batmen were all busy and the rest of the theater was pretty busy as well.  Trees consistently had a good crowd throughout the afternoon. EL

Nonstop until just about 10:30pm. Everyone did great, excellent communication throughout. JH

Customer CommentsGave e credits to a few customers who didn't have Vax info and credit to a group of 7 that didn't realize the animated shorts weren't all ages. EL

BAR Staff ObservationsEveryone came to slay the Bat. Jo and Chelsea did awesome opening, and prepping for the rest of the night. Ian was a crucial mid. EL

Chelsea and Jo were really great about staying on a little bit longer to get both bars off to a good start for the dinner rounds, and were able to get out of here around 5:30/6:00pm. Tevon was solo in Lobby all night, particularly during the party at Trees, and ran service down there no problem. He was also a huge help with regards to juicing and cutting citrus for Trees Lounge.

Had an absolute rockstar team up at Trees this evening. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the bar get hit with so much guest traffic and service bar tickets for the same sustained length of time.

Having had Ian work the Opening Party was a welcome boon as he was able to walk both Ashley and Jenna through the set up and specialty cocktails. Both he and Ashley focused on bar guests, while Jenna took two sold-out Batman screenings, seating thirty minutes apart, on her own at service bar with me expediting.

Once the event ended, Ian brought all of the specialty items back into the walk-in and consolidated them, and got out of here shortly after. Ashley helped Jenna close, and got out of here a little before Jenna did. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone worked very hard. EL

Special Events? The Festival Closing Party was a big success up at Trees, and brought a large crowd to the bar post-screening. As mentioned above, Ian and Ashley focused on the guests at the bar, and handled service impeccably. We were well-prepared beforehand with stocking and organization, which really serves to facilitate a wonderful event, while having an incredibly busy service bar at Trees, too.

The party kind of wound down on its own just around 10:30pm, with not too many stragglers left at Trees once it hit midnight. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Family meal ran out before Ashley, Jenna, or myself were able to get any. As kitchen was busy with Batman screenings and the Festival Closing Party, I was unable to put in any small plates orders for them until 10:45pm. JH

86ed / counts on items: Biscotti Stout is on a count.

We are very low on The Iceberg, and have just about two quarts left.  All remaining Iceberg is up at Trees, since there are no first floor Batman screenings scheduled for tomorrow.

There are no lemons or limes left in the walk-in. JH

Prep ListI made Simple Syrup, Lemonade, Paloma Keg, and Iceberg. EL

Eliel made Arbol Tequila. Ian mad kegs of Paloma and Negroni. The Paloma keg is fully charged and ready for service.

The Iceberg will need to be made once we receive our order of Mr. Black (we also need more spiral umbrellas for garnish). JH

Pay Outs: $14 cereal EL

$30 for lemons and limes. JH

Lost & Found?Returned 1 credit card today. EL

Maintenance: The ice machine at Trees has been sliding in and out of service, so the ice bin is not very full. It didn’t affect service this evening at all, but just something for Trees opener to be aware of tomorrow as they may need to initially pull ice from the Lobby. JH
