Manager Communication:  Pretty great night. Trivia was great, Showgirls was great, and Batman is still Batey.  Great Trees business today. 

Customer Comments:  A parent and child left Batman because the child was scared. I gave them an E credit and closed out their tab in theater 2. 

BAR Staff Observations:  Jenn and Ashley opened up and did a great job setting up the bar for success on a busy Tuesday. Tevon closed Trees and Natasha closed lobby.  During trivia Jenn served, Ashley focused on a very busy service bar and Tevon held down front facing Trees.  Great teamwork all around. 

FOH Staff Observations: The Showgirls crew was excellent. 

Special Events? The aforementioned Showgirls and Trivia both did great with great numbers. A decent Showgirl crowd hung at the bar before and after the movie, even with Trivia happening all around. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

86ed / counts on items: 86 Zero Gravity Madonna and Cutwater Horchata. Other Half DIPA is on a count. 

Prep List: Jenn prepped Firewalk. Blood Simple and Iceberg.  We'll need michelada tomorrow. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Syrah and Natural Rose

Maintenance: The hose connected to the draft dump sink came off. We put it back but it needs tightened.  Added to the maintenance doc. 

Mobilebytes Issues: The Ford's button doesn't allow modifiers at the moment.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
