Manager Communication: A slow start to the day, with limited walk in traffic and an empty bar for most of the first round. Dinner round was strong at Trees, however, with Jackass doing good numbers and a decent crowd forming before Spoons. (JM). Jackass' crowd came back to Trees after the movie and got a couple more rounds. 

Customer Comments: Gave a couple a refund because one of the two was not fully vaxed.  Helped another couple convert Williamsburg tickets into Prospect Park Tickets.  Also gave a partial credit for an extra seat purchased by mistake. It's great that filmbot now allows partial credits. (EL) 

BAR Staff Observations: Lots of cleaning and organizing by Chelsea and Gabrielle. Strong opens from both and pleasantly proactive cleaning as well. Chelsea hit all shelves and dry decks and Gabrielle cleaned the tracks of the low boys.

Dylan Young was nearly 2 hours late for his shift. He misread his schedule and by the time I noticed (he was in at 5 pm, I had mentally clocked both closers in at 5:30 pm) and called him he was very apologetic and took the train to get in around 6:45 pm. We spoke briefly and Dylan has been with us long enough to know how difficult lateness can make timing in the building. He has not had any issues with tardiness in recent memory. I put a note to file in his folder (trying to be consistent as we also put notes in the past week for Chelsea and Jenna for conversations that were not quite habitual or write up worthy yet).

Gabrielle and Ian worked Spoons Toons and Booze. Ian was a little overwhelmed by not having made the Spoons drinks before, but eventually found his stride. Gabrielle was cut after the Spoons rush dissipated, restock and a little help with the Jackass after crowd.  Once he was here Dylan did a good job closing Lobby.  (EL)

Special Events? Spoons toons and Booze didn't have a massive crowd but they were great at Trees Lounge before and the show started.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
