 Manager Communication: Pretty good night. Started a bit slow but we had a few good pops and Foxfire had great numbers. Great Trees presence. 

Customer Comments: Had a few great customer interactions at Trees while bussing tables. The after crowd for Foxfire was just full of joy. 

BAR Staff Observations: Very sad to see Natasha go as it was her last shift at NHPP.  Williamsburg just got really lucky (once a week).  Natasha opened Lobby and Gabrielle opened Trees.  Ian closed Trees and Jenna closed down lobby. Everyone did a great job. 

Jenna accidentally took home bar keys. She has an early procedure tomorrow but she said she'll try to drop them off, but if she can't she's back Saturday morning for brunch. She apologized profusely.  

FOH Staff Observations: Sarah needed some help at 4/6.  I helped her process checks for a few minutes while she serviced the other theater. 

Special Events? FOXFIRE!!!  The director Annette Haywood-Carter was a delight. They had an okay Trees Crowd beforehand. I didn't think we were gonna get a crowd afterwards, but I caught the tail end of the Q&A and Haywood-Carter and Cristina both told people to go to Trees to meet and speak with the director, who stayed at Trees for at least 90 minutes - 2 hours. This brought all the people out. We had a great crowd after.  I'd cut Gabrielle by then and after hearing their invitation to the crowd, I immediately ran to Trees and warned Ian. I helped him get a drink in everyone's hand during the initial rush, and after that the crowd was manageable. I stuck around and helped a couple times here and there but he had control.

Prep List: I made Arbol tequila and Hibiscus Syrup.  We'll need Michelada mix for the weekend. We might be okay for tomorrow but we'll probably need it Saturday.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
