Manager Communication: Mellow Monday, with both special screenings bringing a great dinner and late round crowd. 

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Ryan did a great job opening, and Jenna came in ready for a surprisingly busy Trees dinner crowd.  As mentioned above, both special events brought in a full crowd to streets between about seven and nine, which Ryan and Jenna handled well. 

Ryan and Ashley both brought to my attention that Jenna came in with a lot of good questions about the new cocktails, as it was her first Trees shift this week. She was able to make a few cocktails during the busier moments, and seemed to settle into it quickly. 

Special Events? You’re Watching Video Music Box brought in a really lovely crowd, as did Near Dark. Near Dark was our final vampire movie of this month’s series, so we made sure to send out fangs with each Blood Simple, which guests loved. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: It would be great if bar managers could touch base tomorrow about bartender comments related to the first week of Trees cocktail service. 

86ed / counts on items: Gun Hill Stout. All in-house lemons are behind both bars. 

Prep List: Ryan made Blood Simple and Hot Toddy. We are decently stocked on premade cocktails, so tomorrow prep can hopefully focus on Trees cocktails in preparation for the Shorts Opening Party and upcoming weekend service. 

I made Nut Punch just before close, as Ashley noticed that the Lobby Bar bubbler was very low after a first floor third round rush on Nut Punch. I had Ashley transfer the remaining Nut Punch to Trees (same date), and she cleaned the bubbler in Lobby. We left water in the Lobby bubbler overnight, and the Nut Punch is in the walk-in. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor (white sugar, angostura bitters, oranges, honey, hot sauce, and lemon, orange, and yuzu juices).

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
