Manager Communication: Pretty chill morning. Nothing too busy. EL

Busy dinner round for a Sunday, but a laidback evening overall. Trees had a crowd until about eight, and then some people lingering until close. JH

Customer Comments: Gave a couple of credits. Otherwise all good. EL

Got a call from Viktoriya at the door about someone who was coming to see the Animated Shorts with a young child. I spoke to the woman and said that the programming was very much not kid-friendly. She was very nice and not at all upset about me being called to speak with her, but she did not seem to believe me on the adult nature of some of the shorts. 

Once I got into some specifics about the programming, she expressed some alarm as none of the synopses she had looked up got into those details.  I offered to either exchange her tickets for another show that evening or to give her an e-credit. She ended up taking the e-credit and was very thankful that both Viktoriya, at the door, and myself took the time to speak with and assist her. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Jo and Jenna continue to kill Brunch openings. They both prepped roll ups, since we were at zero. Maybe add roll up to the working bar list of new things to prep. 
Tevon batched, gave breaks, restocked and then settled at Trees. Great Mid.

I switched the handles on the trees ice bucket, so the bucket there right now has both a hook on the handle and on the bottom to store the bucket upside down. 

There was a lot of ice stored in the walk-in freezer, some might've been from yesterday, but some were definitely there from last Thursday.  It's just a new thing to get used to. I'm sure we'll have it down in a bit. EL

Trees had a decent dinner crowd, with most tables occupied until seven or eight. Ashley and Tevon handled it well, and Tevon was able to batch two recently-kicked kegs before heading out. 

Ryan had a steady dinner round in Lobby, and then juiced a quart each of lime and lemons juice for Trees when it quieted down. Ashley, similarly, had a quiet bar once the last round of movies began to seat. 

Everyone this past weekend has really been very quick to pick up on how best to cycle from guest-facing service to service bar, as well as being very communicative and accommodating with regards to the new changes the Trees cocktail menu has brought. JH

Prep List: I made Grapefruit syrup and Lemonade. Tevon batched an old fashioned keg, Blood Simple and Winter Daiquiri. EL

Tevon made a keg of Paloma (that will be charged tomorrow) and Negroni. I made Arbol Tequila. JH

Pay Outs: $15 Grapefruit EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: We didn't receive it today but Chef Stewart gave me 16 bottles of Lime and 16 bottles of lemon juices that were accidentally unloaded into the kitchen walk-in EL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
