Manager Communication:  Very mellow opening round, with Scream, Spider-Man, and Licorice Pizza growing in ticket sales throughout the day. 

Very cold out, so both bars had a noticeable uptick in hot beverage orders. JH

Good night at the Hawk tonight, with steady bar business throughout the night and good drink rushes on both floors. Sales were really nicely spaced, with Macbeth, West Side Story and licorice Pizza all selling out or close to selling out smaller theaters and Scream driving a good crowd to the big theaters. 

Cut Ian after some batching and stocking, cut Tevon once he restocked and got Jo through the Trees crowd. No issues with drink service JM

BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea and Natasha K. opened and set up both bars for success during the slower start. Ryan, Ian, and Tevon were able to restock and batch as needed, and both Chelsea and Natasha K. were cut shortly before four. JH

PM team was strong and did a great job, Jo in particular was extremely efficient on service bar while Tevon and Ryan and then just Tevon handled guests. JM

Prep List:  Ryan prepped Lemonade, Michelada, Winter Daiquiri, and Blood Simple. Chelsea batched Hot Toddy. I batched Bloody Mary and Hello Sidney and made Honey and Hibiscus Syrups.  JH

Ryan made some Firewalk and Soggy Bottom. Going into tomorrow strong, may just need Winter Daiquiri and Careful at some point JM

Pay Outs:  $18.27 for Staff Cereal. JH

Maintenance: Matthew is aware, and it's in the FOH blog and Jeremy has emailed out but at some point someone poured butter down the dump sink drain in Th1 and it clogged the drain, causing an overflow and leak into Th7 as it was about to seat for Macbeth. I was able to locate the source in the ceiling while Jeanette and Jason handled the guests and it slowed down so that we could clean and open the theater. Going to try to get a plumber out tomorrow, as I was unable to unclog the drain with anything on site. I did Shop Vac it out and clean it along with the Porters so it will not be standing full of water but it should not be used at all until we fix it. JM

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
