Manager Communication: Pretty chill Brunch today. Nothing too busy but a fun crowd. EL

Quiet evening, great work from everyone on all floors keeping service flowing. Not too much of a bar crowd tonight, but had a few people hang out at tables between seven and ten, which was nice. JH

Customer Comments: When the first round theater 4 sat I stayed at the Lobby, greeted guests and let them know about the heat situation in the theater. I offered credits or exchanges, but only a small number of them took this offer, most opted to sit through the cold. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Jo was a little late due to train issues. She texted me early so I knew she was running late before I started.  I gave her a little help setting up but most of it was in good condition, and Trees was ready to go by the time doors open.  Jenna opened Lobby with no problems. Gabrielle came in at 2:30 as the mid Trees, she gave both Jo and Jenna a break and then Jo was cut after some batching. EL

Gabrielle was able to get out of here around eight, after both bars were restocked and she completed some batching. Both Ryan and Ashley held it down in Lobby and Trees all night. JH

Prep List: Jo batched Hot Toddy and Hello Sydney EL

Gabrielle made a quarter batch of Soggy Bottom to get us through Friday, and it will probably be the last time we batch it in-house. 

I made Honey Syrup and Michelada. I poured the Grapefruit Syrup Eliel made over grapefruit peels, and will strain it tomorrow.  A keg of Paloma will need to be made tomorrow once the Grapefruit Syrup is ready. JH

Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bank was short by $8 due to an AM Bar Pay Out. JH

Pay Outs: $15 grapefruit EL

Maintenance: The lemonade side of the Trees Lounge bubbler stopped working.  We emptied it, cleaned it, found some slushed lemonade bits, and put the bubbler back together.  It worked for a little bit, then stopped after a little while. EL

Ashley broke down and cleaned the Lemonade side of the Trees bubbler after it shut down the second time. There was no icy build up this time, as it had just been cleaned less than two hours before. 

We left water in it overnight, as it started to work again momentarily a few times but would then shut off almost immediately after. 

Ashley noted that the magnetic puck may be part of the issue, as when she tried to remove it the machine began working again temporarily. 

The Daiquiri side remained operational with no change. JH
