Manager Communication: Slow start to the day, which ramped up in the afternoon. Steady Trees traffic after 1ish, EL

Nice dinner round for a Sunday, followed by a very mellow last round. JH

Customer Comments: I received a call from the Lobby bar about the Vax table, when I went down there was a guy yelling and cursing at hilda and hilda immediately started telling me what he did and he started telling me what she did.  I tried to get the story from Hilda but the back and forth started again. I told the guy to stop cursing at her and pulled him aside to speak away from the table.  He was very heated and felt disrespected by Hilda. He had his vax and ID.  

I calmed him down and we understood that there was bad communication at some point. He told me he just came from working outdoors and was hot headed and apologized to me. I asked him if he was too heated to sit in a theater and he said he was good and just wanted to watch a movie with his girl.  They then stayed in Lobby bar for about ten minutes and asked questions about the menu and then purchased tickets and went straight to their movie. 

A few moments later I heard a call from th2 which sounded urgent so I ran up and when I got there Sarah B told me that a couple ran into the theater in the middle of a movie, looking for their phone, shining a flashlight and yelling at people but they'd left the theater by then. She gave me a description of someone with a pink hoodie and told me she thought they went into theater 1.  I walked through th1 which was still in pre show, and didn't find anyone matching the description. I then checked Trees and Lobby and didn't find them.  EL

Had two guests who watched West Side Story in Th4 this evening come to Lobby Bar afterwards and ask to speak to a manager. They both voiced concern that other guests in the theater were not as diligent as they could have been about wearing masks, and that they wished there was signage, either in the theater or during the pre-show, to remind guests of our mask policies. 

I apologized for the inconvenience and any concern it had caused them, and explained how to best alert a server during service in the future. They both appeared satisfied with that solution, and left shortly thereafter. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Jo and Jenna had great opens and Ian came to Trees and held it down. Jenna was great at communicating on the radio at Lobby whenever an MOD was needed. 

Jo gave Jenna a break at about 3pm and was offered a break. She wasn't feeling well after and was cut since the next person on, wasn't that far away. EL

Jenna was able to get out once everyone had family meal, and both bars were restocked. Ian, similarly, was cut after the last dinner load-in at Trees and some batching. 

Both Ryan and Ashley held it down through close, no problem. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Sarah B handled the rowdy people in Th 2 very well. EL

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: What staff is allowed to get from the bar.  I heard a person ask for Orange Juice and a person ask for Cold Brew. EL

There is a busted partial six-pack of the Westbrook Gose in the walk in. It is separated away from the usable cans on the same shelf, as I was unsure if we could exchange it on the next delivery. JH

86ed / counts on items: Tete Orange was put on a count today. EL

86’d Casamara Alta and Les Têtes Orange. We served the last glasses during the dinner round. JH

Prep List: Arbol Tequila and Simple Syrup.  Everything else was very well stocked. EL

Ian made Winter Daiquiri and Michelada. 

Careful What You Wish For could be made tomorrow. JH

Lost & Found?: Someone came and found a hat, and another found a bracelet. EL

Maintenance: The ice well at the service pass at Trees is draining very slowly. This was flagged by Ashley and Ian as they closed Trees Friday and Saturday, respectively. JH
