Manager Communication: Fairly steady dinner round on both floors, and Spider-Man stayed pretty well sold for all three rounds. Definitely had a nice little bar crowd at Trees in the hour between the second round Spider-Man and Matrix screenings. 

BAR Staff Observations: Solid team today. Was able to get both openers out shortly after closers arrived, after restocks and Ian was able to get some batching done. 

86ed / counts on items: Saratoga Sparkling is still 86’d. 

Prep List: Ian made a keg of Paloma (it is charged and ready for service), Lemonade, and a 1.5x batch of Hot Toddy. I batched Michelada during the last round. 

Blood Simple, Winter Daiquiri, and Fire Walk With Me should be batched tomorrow, but both bars are stocked for open and have back up. Careful What You Wish For and Honey Syrup can also be made tomorrow, if there is time. 

Grapefruit Syrup needs to be made sometime this week, as we do not have enough left for another Paloma keg. 

Pay Outs: Lobby Bar (batteries)

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: There were no deliveries today. We are still waiting on the soda syrup, which was expected today. 

Maintenance: The far stall in the Womens’ Restroom by Trees has a large sticker affixed to the ‘Watch Your Head’ placard. The sticker is half pulled off at this point, but the placard is still mostly covered. 

Additionally, in the last hour or so of service, the bubbler at Trees began making a very loud whirring/whistling sound and the metal parts of it were much hotter than usual. Ian turned it off for ten minutes and, when he turned it back on, it appeared to return to normal. Just something to keep an eye on tomorrow during open. 

Mobilebytes Issues: Could we create a button for ‘milk’ in the POS?  Maybe under Kid Soda or Juice buttons, since it is served in a water cup?

Filmbot Issues: Kat, our new Content Editor, had tickets to the 8:00pm Spider-Man, which was a blacked out screening. She said she had gotten the ticket passes through Williamsburg about a week ago, so I think that is why she was not included on the e-mails that had been sent out before the holidays alerting all ticket holders for those screenings about the schedule change. 

I printed her out passes for the next screening, 8:45pm, and she was happy with the exchange.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
