Jesse/Jenn 12/11
Manager Communication: Nice, busy open for brunch this morning lead by Elf, West Side Story, and Serendipity. Second round was also great, with later screenings slowly rising in numbers throughout the day. JH
Trend continued into the dinner and late rounds tonight, with solid pick ups for everything save for Don't Look Up and Ricardos. These got somewhat busy for the dinner rounds, but kept things busy but manageable. Bar crowds were sparse until 6 pm and then stayed consistently busy through close; great energy once things picked up. A very well handled day. JM
Customer Comments: A couple mentioned that they were given vague directions to the elevator and then took the wrong one, resulting in a man with a cane ending up taking some stairs. They were not very upset but just wanted to point out that we should be more specific. Spoke to the bartenders and door. JM
BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea and Natasha N had great opens and were well-prepared for a busier than usual opening round. Both NAtasha and Chelsea were able to take breaks during some downtime after Ian and Natasha K arrived. Ian was able to take a break once Ashley arrived. JM

Closing team was extremely strong tonight as well, with Tevon, Ashley and Ian crushing a busy bar and solidly sold dinner round with swings able to be cut right after the bulk of that business subsided. Kept labor tight and was able to break the closers before the swings left with no hang ups in service. JM
Prep List: Had Ian prep a keg of Old Fashioned and a double batch of the Daiquiri when he came in. All in-house Jungle Bird stock is split between both bars. There is enough Bloody Mary Concentrate should be made tomorrow. JH

Made a Paloma keg that will need to be charged tomorrow. May need Firewalk tomorrow but otherwise well batched going in to the week. JM
Pay Outs: $15 for almond milk
Maintenance: There was a small pool of water beneath the glass washing machine at Trees when we opened, but neither myself nor Jesse could spot a leak. It didn't grow and was swept down the drain, but just something to keep an eye on tomorrow morning. JH

It definitely subsided some as the night went on, may have been left from the night before. Kept the fan on it on high, but please have a porter clean underneath tomorrow when there is down time during the day as that area could use some attention. JM
