Manager Communication: Strong opening round today, it seemed like we got more traffic to all of the theaters with a nice, spread out flow. Dinner round was more of the same.

Customer Comments: (EL) A guest came out of the th5 Nightmare alley pre show during the last round because the people in front of her took their masks off.  She moved her party back a row and seemed really bothered.  I asked Jeanette who was on the other side of Lobby bar to speak to the maskless guests and I informed the guest that they would be allowed to remove their masks when they received drinks or food. I gave the guest the new tickets and they returned to the theater.  They did not seem very happy with the outcome. 

BAR Staff Observations: Jo was not feeling well today and got cut. She tested negative, not a Covid concern as of right now but she said she will keep us posted. 

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone was great. RM needed help flipping 6 for the last round because she needed to drop checks for th4.  I went up and helped along with Will from projection and Jeanette.

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jo Blackmon

Prep List: Made kegs today, will not need much going into the weekend. Maybe just some film specials. 
(EL) Batched an Old Fashioned Keg, a Firewalk and a Lemonade.  We'll need the Spidey special tomorrow (I didn't see Blue Curacao).  We'll also need Arbol Tequila.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Stumptown tomorrow. Coca Cola arrived today.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
