Manager Communication: Spider-man and Licorice Pizza had good crowds, while everything else did slightly better than usual but not by much. 

Customer Comments: I did two cash refunds at 10:27pm.  It was a group of 6 that wanted to watch Spider-man together but they insisted on buying tickets separately and when there weren't enough tickets for the group they asked for a refund. I informed them that we don't do refunds and they insinuated that their need for the cash back was paramount and that they didn't live near and wouldn't be returning so I acquiesced. 

BAR Staff Observations:  Ryan had a long lobby shift. Chelsea did great opening Trees.  Once Tevon came in, we made sure all three ate, then gave Ryan a 30 minute break with Chelsea's help, then cut Chelsea.  I helped Tevon with a couple of small Spidey rushes but it was all very manageable. 

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone seemed to do well.  

86ed / counts on items:  Coca Cola is on a 7 day delivery lead time. They don't think they'll get here till Friday. 

Prep List: Jessie made Blood Simple, Firewalk, Winter Daiquiri and Grapefruit syrup

Pay Outs: $20 payout out of lobby bar for Coke. Jesse forgot to enter it so Lobby Bar appears to be $20 short but it isn't. Harry pulled $20 from the over under and Jesse can replenish it tomorrow.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
