Manager Communication: Merry Christmas! It was an easygoing morning, with second and third round screenings steadily gaining tickets sales throughout the day. A fairly mellow, but steady Saturday brunch crowd on both open floors. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea and Isi had a fairly easy open, and each bar restocked when mids came in. I was able to cut Isi just after the second round Spider-Man and Matrix seatings, and Chelsea as first floor second round was winding down.  JH

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone was really great all morning, drinks never lingered in the pass and trays were kept stocked at both bars. JH

86ed / counts on items: Saratoga Still was 86’d in the Mobilebytes, even though we had it in stock. POS was updated. 

Coca Cola is out downstairs, we have some cans for tomorrow, when those run out, we will have to pour from trees until we can get a delivery. -ND

There is a count on Saratoga Sparkling, all bottles are behind both bars. JH

Prep List: Batched Blood Simple. Hibiscus Syrup and Lemonade could be made tomorrow. 

Bloody Mary will have to be made in the morning, but there is Bloody Mary Base batched and waiting in the Brunch Lowboy. JH

Maintenance 
Register drop downs in lobby bar are coming off. I added to the maintenance doc. - ND

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
