Manager Communication:  Pretty slow day besides the Book launch so then everything was about the Book Launch!  Great night, great energy. 

Customer Comments: Some of our regulars came in and saw the party and felt overwhelmed but I showed them the book at lobby bar and they said they would come back to buy books and were so happy for us. 

BAR Staff Observations:  This team came to rock!  Ryan, Dylan, Jo, Ashley, They sleighed! I'm so happy to work with them. 

Special Events?:  WE HAVE A BOOK!!!  Such a great party. You were all there. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Overstocking both bars!  I found a four quart container of Michelada at lobby bar, and I've been finding overstock at both bars.  Lobby bar cocktails are always older than Trees, so I'll make sure that before people stock up trees, I/They check to see if Lobby has too much of something or an older date.  Nick also mentioned that he continues to see overstocked Lime/Lemon juices at both bars. I took so back and am watching this very closely when I'm here.

Prep List: Made a single batch of Dress the Part. 

Lost & Found?:  Hilda found a wallet out front. It belongs to a Meghan Elizabeth Bean. I tried to find her at the Party at Trees and in filmbot with no luck.  I called their bank to see if they could relay the message that we have their wallet but that didn't work either.  Google wasn't much help either. I gave the wallet to Harry who said he would put it in the safe. 


Maintenance: Another side of a frozen machine bit the dust.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
