Manager Communication: Spider-man kicked our butts.  No disasters though. we all rallied and got through the shift relatively unscathed. Very busy at Trees Lounge        

Customer Comments: Customers seemed very happy and joyful at Trees.  It felt like a Friday. 

BAR Staff Observations:  Everyone came ready for war.  Trees was busy right away with Spider-man, and that continued all night. I pulled Natasha N from lobby and she worked the dinner rounds at Trees while Natasha K held down lobby.  She was very good with the Swatch People. Gabrielle stayed through the last sold out round with Ian who did great keeping up stock and keeping up with the steady flow of drink orders and customers at Trees.  I had to jump in several times to help. 

FOH Staff Observations:  Everyone was great. 

Special Events?: Swatch in theater 7, but only a fraction of the guests came. The people working for Swatch were really nice. Chanelle had everything under control. I helped her with breaking down and throwing away a lot of empty swatch swag boxes left behind, and with a big box of swatch "ugly sweaters" left by the 14th street entrance.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

86ed / counts on items: We ran out of Lambruscco, Brooklyn Rose and Paper Plane, all during the last round, which was perfect timing for the menu roll out. 

Prep List: Today I made, Lemonade, Michelada, and an Old Fashioned keg. We need Bloody Concentrate tomorrow.
We look ready for the new menu. we'll need more of just about everything if today is only a prelude. 


Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Coca Cola: 2x Ginger Ale, 2x Barq Root Beer

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
