Manager Communication: Busy day! A steady opening round and then busy subsequent rounds that built substantially as the day went on. We had about $5k in tickets sales when I came in and that number kept climbing as the day went on. Well spread through every theater, so the rushes were busy but very manageable.

We had good bar business from 3 pm onwards, with the bar filling really well before and after House of Gucci. Seems to be a movie that drives really good sales and lots of F&B.

Was able to break openers when swings got in, swings when closers got in and closers before the swings left with no hiccup in service. Also worked in time for Eliel to batch due to long movies. Cut Dylan in lobby by 4 pm; slow downstairs until the dinner round. Cut Trees opener at 5:30 and then the lobby and Trees swings by 9:15 and 10:30 pm, respectively.

BAR Staff Observations: Great opens by Dylan and Jenn. Trees was substantially busier than lobby today and Ashley, Ryan and Jenn were a really strong trio. Very natural flows to one bartender doing guests while the other two rotated on service, and I never had to assign roles. I did have to push Ashley and Ryan on refilling frozen before rushes, otherwise we would have run out but otherwise very strong all around.

Prep List: Batched all film specials, which are flying, as well as Firewalk and Ginger Lime. Well stocked going in to the weekend. We have plenty of Bloody to start service but we will have to make more once the AM Bar Manager comes in tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow

Maintenance: Hot water and pressure issues seem to have cleared up on their own, no problems today with either.
