Manager Communication: Steady dinner round and slow otherwise. Got lots of sidework done in prep for the busier days coming up; roll ups, batching and organizing behind the bars etc.
Some bar business before and after the dinner rounds through around 9 pm but no patio business save for 1-2 tables.
BAR Staff Observations: Ashley is really proactive about tasks, not just behind the bar but also recognizing needs for batching and offering without being asked to stock that stuff up. A huge help.

FOH Staff Observations: No issues today, super smooth drink service
Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Th7 set up changed downstairs, really efficient design by Ryan
Prep List: Really healthy product stock, going to use tomorrow to double down on the high sellers and enter the weekend stocked up
Pay Outs: FYI did a pay out from the bar for $20 to Nixon. He helped me carry about 60 cases of wine and liquor upstairs, so I wanted to give him something that wasn't drink tokens, since that didn't seem appropriate and he was a huge, huge help today. Also bought him lunch.
Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Elevator was down today for a water test so all of our wine and liquor orders for the day got held up downstairs and ended up in the elevator bay. Had to run about 60 cases up the flights of stairs, super appreciative of Alex and Nixon for helping me run it up. Luckily it was back working once Interboro arrived. Might be better to schedule something like that much earlier.
Baldor on the way tomorrow and the rest of the orders as well.
