Manager Communication: Quiet open, then service really ramped up after noon JH

The afternoon, dinner and late rounds were non stop. Nearly every dinner round show sold out and strong ticket sales in every theater even for the latest of rounds. Bar business was consistent and very busy from 5:30 through 8:00 pm with a constant flow of guests drinking and dining at the bar before and after movies. Tater Tot Tour brought in about 10-12 tables of folks, not a bad showing for that at all for some early afternoon bar business. The bartenders got tested on both floors tonight with lots to balance and rushes went off with few to no issues. Weekend crowd especially is going in for multiple rounds throughout the movie. Overstock, even if you think you have enough. These crowds are ordering a lot.

Customer Comments: Had a lot of great lingering bar guests tonight with substantial tabs, everyone was very pleasant and having a great time. I think the combination of lots of great movies and the holidays is bringing people out in full force and in great moods, and it's felt behind the bar and in guest interactions

BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle and Ryan rocked it in the lobby. Well stocked throughout and sustainable to work on their own with little to no need for manager calls.

Upstairs team genuinely really impressed me throughout today. Rotated Natasha (who is off to a very strong start and folded right in to the mix) and Tevon through service along with Ian to give everyone time and they all did very well. Drink times were all prompt. Lots of guest facing bar to balance today but with a dedicated bartender, 3 on throughout the day was a very manageable amount of staff.

FOH Staff Observations: Eduardo was a big help at trees during any rushes JH

FOH staff was solid on drink timing for most of the night, needed some running assistance during dinner and we had a real lack of flow going with trays and glassware for the busiest part of the night. Lots of stacks of 2-3 dirty racks coming back at once, but once reminded things got much smoother and there was always enough support to move around.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Well set ups, bussing tables in Trees

86ed / counts on items: Gansett

Prep List: Ian had lots of batching time due to the earlier than usual push to the bars on the end of his shift, so we are well stocked. Will need to charge three kegs in the walk in tomorrow; two paloma and a french 75

Bloody concentrate was done today, will need tomato juice tomorrow.
