Manager Communication: Day started on the slower side, which gradually picked up, but never really "busy" while I was there. EL

Gucci continues to sell really well in the dinner rounds, along with a couple others today. Middle rounds were decently busy for a Sunday, with a fairly steep drop off in sales in the last round. Not too much of a bar crowd after 8:00pm, as the holiday weekend has caught up with people who are heading back into the office tomorrow. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Great team today. Natasha & Chelsea were solid on the opens and the mids Ian and Isi were a great help. I cut Natasha at 3:30 as soon as Isi started, Chelsea got cut at 4 when Ryan arrived. EL

Ian primarily worked in Lobby with Ryan, as Isi and Tevon were able to handle Trees handily during the dinner round. Isi batched Eyes of Ibad, Ian restocked wines in the walk-in, and Tevon and Ryan slid into an easy close with the quiet last round. JH

86ed / counts on items: Barrier White is 86ed. EL

Prep List: Made Grapefruit syrup, hibiscus syrup and simple syrup. EL

There is Grapefruit Syrup in the walk-in that needs to be strained tomorrow. All cocktails have back up in the walk-in, and both bars are stocked. There is a batch of Dress the Part that needs tobacco bitters added. I believe we have run through the ones Nick had made at the top of the week. JH

Pay Outs: $8 mint for Eliel which was purchased on Thursday. EL

Lost & Found?: Someone came for a CC and an ID+Vax Card combo. EL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
