Manager Communication: Pretty chill brunch which slowly picked up later in the afternoon. EL 

Dinner rounds were similarly mellow, but steady tickets at service bar until the last round. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha and Ivan did a great job opening.  Ian and Tevon were great help as mids. EL

I was able to get both Ian and Tevon out a little early since the last round was slow, but both left Ashley and Ryan in a good place to close. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Great Team. Miguel is like a superhero. EL

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Isi called out. She spoke to Jesse. EL

Special Events? Spoke to the plant guy about keeping up the tree.  I sent an email about that. EL

86ed / counts on items: Finback Pilsner EL

Prep List: Made Eyes, Ennui, Jungle Bird, Lemonade and Simple Syrup with Tevon's help. EL

We have back ups of all shelf cocktails. The Old Fashioned keg kicked, so we will need that and Hibiscus syrup made tomorrow. JH

Lost & Found?:  Caitlin Scipio lost her card and ID yesterday in Theater 1.  I looked in the MOD and theater 1 service area and didn't find it. She came right after a movie started so I told her when the theater would be available for her to check and took her info.  Her email is caitlin.scipio96@gmail.com. EL

Maintenance: One of the sides of the Frozen machine in the left side of lobby bar wasn't working this morning. We emptied it and lost just under four quarts of Fire Walk With Me. Spoke to Jesse about it too. EL

The printer at service bar for Theaters 4/6 keeps eating the paper as it’s printed, and jamming up as a result. It doesn’t start flashing red, so it’s tough to catch (unless you hear the paper whirring) until a server arrives looking for drinks they had sent. We tried restarting it, as well as switching out the paper, but no luck fixing the issue. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
