Manager Communication: Pretty good open. Started slowish and increased throughout the day. Great Crowds at Trees on the early side. Some folks seemed to come just for Trees. EL
Dinner rounds were very busy, but slowly tapered off as the night went on.
Two teenagers tried to come in during the busier part of dinner rush, but would not put on masks or show proof of vaccination to Kelly. When Kelly told them they were not allowed to enter one of them said, ‘Well I live across the street so expect me to become a problem.’
86ed / counts on items: Narragansett EL
They both then sat at one of the patio tables, and Kelly told Chelsea, who was working Lobby Bar at the time. Chelsea told me, and I told Jeannette. However, when we went to check if the two were still there, they were gone. Kelly and Chelsea would be able to provide a description of the girl who made the comment. JH
BAR Staff Observations: Very strong opens by Chelsea and Natasha K. Ian and Tevon came and helped bars that were only getting busier. Isi helped batch. EL
Ian stocked the liquor room and walk in with boxes that were left open and were only partially emptied. Isi batched Eyes of Ibad before she left. Isi and Ashley both had time leading service bar today during some of the rushes and did well.
Naj ran a little slow while closing Lobby, and left Ashley with a fair amount of items to clean in the dishpit and missed some parts of Lobby close. I didn’t realize he had already clocked out when I was doing my Lobby walkthrough. JH
FOH Staff Observations: When flipping larger theaters during a rush, there has been an issue restocking theaters with empty glass racks. I know that we put a lot of new glassware into rotation this weekend to keep up with service, which is the most likely cause for the shortage. Would we be able to get some more grey glass racks? JH
Staff Meeting Agenda notes: When batching or doing prep or consolidating containers in the back, getting a start on cleaning and putting away all tools and containers before clocking out is immensely helpful to closers. JH

Both bars are down to their last bottle of Dorothy Parker Gin. JH

All cocktails have a back up in the walk in, save for the London Can Be A Lot. Both bars were restocked by mid shift before they left. There is one keg of Paloma left to charge tomorrow. JH
Lost & Found?: A couple of people picked up credit cards and a bike helmet. EL
Maintenance: There were some breaker issues at the MOD office which affected bar prep as well. We figured it out. For more please see the general blog or speak to Emily. EL
