Manager Communication: Strong pickup in business with Bond, as expected. Early round was slow, probably too close to when people were finishing work, but once we hit the dinner and late rounds it was off to the races. Drink tickets picked up exponentially for the dinner and late rounds, lots of drinking and 2nd and 3rd bev sales during Bond, a very long movie. Possessor and Shang Chi/Venom splits kept the rest of the theaters at a decent clip as well. Good night. 

BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle held it down in lobby; with a lot of the business concentrated to the upper theaters, it was a huge help to have her handle it so succinctly. Strong closes last night, very pleased with what we came in to and how the openers handled it. Eliel did expectedly well holding things down at Trees. Chelsea is adjusting to the expo style, she's very efficient but struggles with called drinks throwing her off. I think when we get busier the reasons behind it will click and the utility of it will make sense. 

FOH Staff Observations: I've got to hand it to the servers in a BIG way tonight, drink running was impressively prompt and thorough on both floors and drinks were rarely waiting more than a minute to leave stations. MUCH better flow to glassware as well tonight. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Opening Th 7 on both sides, stocking volume during busier times, wiping down inside of low boys every night due to higher condensation

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
