Manager Communication: A busy night for both bars due to the event and trivia. Theatres were on the slow side, dying pretty hard for the late round but we kept high energy going at both bars. The CBS event drew a big crowd to lobby bar and trivia filled the upstairs bar tables and the bar itself. A very good night. Once the party was done and trivia slowed, went to 2 up and 1 down. No issues.

Customer Comments: Lots of first timers both at the event and for trivia, very positive!

BAR Staff Observations: Dylan did a really good job serving trivia, he keeps the tables really clear and had good drink sales. Ryan swung down for the heavy push of drinks from the event.

FOH Staff Observations: Big thanks and kudos to Dale tonight for running the majority of the heavy trivia push and being a big help to the bar (bussing, running glassware).

Special Events? CBS event hit lobby bar, primarily, because we already had a crowd at HiRes and they had their theatre and welcome table in lobby. Nice to have an event populate that bar, actually.

Prep List: We will need lemonade and a few cocktails batched tomorrow, but good on ingredients and well stocked at bars/most cocktails in the walk in.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
