Manager Communication:
Decent business, but a bit slow for a Saturday.  Bar business didn't really hit until dinner rounds, and then continued with the party and Karaoke generating good business until close.

I attached a keg of TE Lawrence that had been sitting a few days, and it poured thickly.  It still tasted good, the color was just off.  I shook it, and it poured fine afterwards.  Let's make sure to shake the kegs that sit for a before attaching them.

Vanessa is the only one who hit spread of hours.

Customer Comments:
I had one customer come in angry cause his girlfriend got an error message when trying to purchase tickets last night.  He said their tickets (n93gws) weren't emailed until after they went to another theater.  They emailed this morning and hadn't heard back.  He did not have her card, so I could not do a refund to a card.  I informed him I could give him a gift card for the cost of the tickets, and he asked nicely if it could be for a little more because of the issues.  I gave him a $50 gift card, and he left happy.

BAR Staff Observations:
Vanessa said schedulefly did not send her an email with her time switch, so she showed up at 10 30 AM.  Jesse didn't notice either until later, and gave her an hour and a half lunch break.  I worked hard to get her out as soon as possible, but she still worked a long day.  I staff comped her food, but let's try to get her out early tomorrow. 

Everyone killed it.  The party created a great vibe in the bar.

FOH Staff Observations:
Bussing in 1 and 2 was especially poor today.

Dale and Max did great working the bar area and the theaters. 

Special Events?
Heathers party went well.   Kirsten's birthday was great and brought a great energy to what would have been a ho hum night.  I made the group a round of French Canadian 75s midway through.  They are like French 75s, only small and less important historically.


Prep List: We don't have a backup of TE Lawrence, but the keg attached is quite full.  Need Pink Panther and Hot Toddy, maybe Hibiscus Lime soda

Mobilebytes Issues: Did a cc error comp for lobby bar on B72.  The terminal said approved.  The cc reader was going in and out a bit there, I think something might be loose.  We wiggled some things and it didn't have any other issues, but something to keep an eye on.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
