Manager Communication:
A solid Friday, much better than last Friday.  Still able to be aggressive with cuts, cause the schedule lined up well.  Cut lobby opener after the dinner rush and restock, and because theater 7 was a half hour before the push on the other side, we were able to close with just one bartender for 3 mostly sold theaters.

Customer Comments:
I got a call from Susan to come to lobby towards the end of the late round.  There was a woman in the bathroom who had vomited in the sink.  The gentleman with her said she had just had a glass of wine, and when she had finished in the bathroom, she was not drunk at all.  I gave them passes so they could come back on a weekday and finish their movie.  She apologized, and I said I was just concerned about her.  They were very nice.  Raymond cleaned it up immediately, and I gave him 2 tokens and thanked him profusely.

BAR Staff Observations: Solid.  Good prep and service.

FOH Staff Observations:  Bussing in 1 and 2 was better today.

Prep List: Supposed to be cold, so will probably need more bloody tin.  At some point Birds of Prey, but we have full frozens to start the day.


Mobilebytes Issues: At one moment during the dinner round, 333 was not communicating with the kitchen.  Ticket A40 was not sent, but this was caught early because the bar radioed the kitchen to let them know of an additional mod that was not put on the ticket.  The kitchen responded that there was no ticket, and we were able to send it from 222.  333 had no other issues tonight.

Filmbot Issues: Film Bot went fully down at the bar right before I got here.  Mascha fixed it and there were no more issues tonight.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
