Manager Communication: A pretty slow day overall, with low ticket sales for the opening and late rounds and 1/3 capacity for the dinner round. Pushes to the bar were minimal and easily handled. Parasite is the exception, still selling out small theatres. Trivia gave the bar great energy and kept a crowd drinking until 11:30 pm.

Customer Comments: Had a guest complain pretty aggressively about not being able to buy certain seats because it would leave a single seat in between. I calmly explained the reasons for the policy and took care of getting them the seats they wanted behind Lobby Bar.

BAR Staff Observations: Hex handled downstairs solo without issue, Jeremy served trivia and did a great job. No issues.

Special Events? Trivia tonight, on the slower side but a really lively crowd.

86ed / counts on items: Sorachi, Clarence Worley.

Prep List: Made Firewalk, Lemonade, Knights of Ren tonight so tomorrow you can just focus on new menu items.

Pay Outs: Chef did a lobby bar payout.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor Thursday for Spoons, Toons & Booze

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
