Jesse Brunch Saturday 1.4

Manager Communication: Busy from the get go; most of the early round business was for ET, which gave us a steady hit early on. Hopped behind for a bit with Jenn, and then to help with ticketing in Lobby but overall, no issues with handling a busy early round with 2 bartenders on. Ryan and Adrianna got in at 12:45 pm, Adrianna stocked both and Ryan got batching done to set us for the rest of the day. Lots of bar business as well, no signs of slowing down on weekends with our current line up right after the new year.

Customer Comments: We had a gentleman use a gift card and buy a ticket for Little Women in Th3. Unbeknownst to me, he gave his server and Mascha a hard time and would not show his ticket, saying he bought one with a gift card. When Mascha checked the report, the seat he was in was sold to someone else with a D&D who did not show up. I realized who he was when I dropped his gift card back off and that he was sitting in the wrong seats. He was pretty curt with both Mascha and myself and the other guests never showed, so we let him keep the seat rather than make a scene.

Also, had a couple complain that the first round showing of Little Women had young children with their parents in it. I explained our All Ages timing and policy and they got pretty aggressive about it, saying they would never bring a child to an adult movie and disrupt it. I gave them a credit, they seemed more mad at the moms than at me and were grateful about the credit back for their tickets, but they commented several times that the policy would "ruin" adult movies at the theatre despite me explaining it is an isolated showtime and we clearly indicate it, but they may write something in email or review.

BAR Staff Observations: Adrianna is always a bit slow on stocking tasks and service tickets, and is best suited for taking care of guests rather than service bar.

86ed / counts on items: Sorachi Ace. Big Geyser didn't arrive today like it was supposed to, their office is closed on Saturdays so I left a message but I've never heard back from them on a weekend, looks like we can expect it Monday. Still out of black sugar, continuing using white with some salt.

Prep List: Made partial batch of Into the Woods as we were nearly 86'd, made what will probably be our last Audrey 2. Ryan got us back up to par on syrups and ingredients as well as Pink Panther, Firewalk and Lemonade. That's all we made.

Filmbot Issues: When guests order 6 tickets on the terminals, it takes up so much space that the purchase button is inaccessible.
