Benjamin Saturday 1/4



Manager Communication:
While reheating the Toddy during the last round around 10:30 PM, the Toddy got warm but never hot and the light never turned on.  May need to go to the new system upstairs as well, which means we will need more of the new toddy batch, but have enough to get us started.

Crazy busy all day, one of our best days.  The schedule allowed me to get early mids out and have Malka help upstairs late  night, and then move downstairs to help with the 2 sold out theaters at 10 and 10:15.  Everything went smoothly.

We have had a decent amount of breakage.  Bussing was not great today, but I think we can benefit from breaking out 1 more box of pints.

Did a quarter batch of Clarence Worley, should get us through, just may have to toggle it between machines.

We batched 1/2 batch of Short and Spicy, as we only had a bit left of Barking Irons, will need to order more for next weekend.

Customer Comments:
I got a call from Ryan Wilson for a male manager to theater 4.  A large male guest had gotten angry with Ben and said to his wife "If he asks me to put my phone away again, I am going to throw it at his "f"ing face. "  I asked the gentleman to step outside the theater and asked him about it.  He denied saying he would throw it at Ben, but just that he would throw it.  I told him he could not be agressive towards the staff or the building, and explained our phone policy.  He was a little defiant, but had no other issues.

At the end of the night, a woman leaving theater 1 Bombshell, said she tried to get the attention of the server with her hand, and then wrote a flag about people behind her talking.  She said the server never came for the flag.  I gave her passes and listened to her, and she said she would be back and really wanted to watch Bombshell again.

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was super on point today.  A-games all around.

FOH Staff Observations:
Allice killed it.  Downstairs Sam and Kristina held down sold out shows solo both dinner and late.  Killed it as well.

Theaters 1 and 2 were not great on bussing during the dinner round.


86ed / counts on items: Saratoga Sparkling on count, Founders on count, Captain Lawrence on Count,  Westbrook on count, Sorachi 86'd, should move to downstairs prep on Hot Toddy upstairs as well.

Prep List:  New prep of Toddy, may need 1/4 batch of Pumpkin King to get us through tomorrow.


Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Geyser on Monday -- may need more ginger beer for tomorrow, may run out of Saratoga Sparkling

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
