Benjamin Friday 1/24

Manager Communication:
Slow for a Friday night theater wise.  The bar, however, was busier than usual.  It was completely full at every table and the bar, with some people upstairs for an hour and a half or two hours.  Upstairs bar was the second highest revenue center today.

I was able to cut both openers by 8 PM, and the three upstairs were able to handle a busy bar well, with the drink pushes being a bit slower than usual.

I closed bar doors to upstairs bar just as a deterrent just in case, as there is no roll down gate this weekend.

The Boddingtons cans are Imperial Pints, and our pint glasses are 16 fl. oz.  There is a tiny bit left in the can afterwards.

Dylan and Rebecca switched for tomorrow, and Dylan should be fine.  Only Harriet the Spy will be busy.

Customer Comments:
There was a woman who seemed slightly off, who bought tickets in the front row of theater 7 dinner round.  I immediately told her we do not allow in outside food, and she chugged her Diet Manhattan Special and gave me the bottle.  I warned her servers (Jo and Julia) that she seemed a bit off.  Towards the end of the movie, they got complaints that the woman had been talking a lot (she probably got louder later on), and we gave out 18 passes to other folks.  I talked to some as they left the theater, and just said if anything like that happens here in the future, they should just immediately flag their server so we can address it immediately.  People seemed ok after the passes and check in, with several saying they would do so earlier in the future.

BAR Staff Observations:
Really strong bar service tonight, usually only needing one on the pass, I only had to jump back for about 10 minutes and only because of the early cut to Ryan (which he appreciated).   Prep is looking good heading into the weekend.  Thanks William and Ryan!

FOH Staff Observations:
We need to make sure that runners are not cut before the last round if it means there will be noone to support at bar.  This is the time when the bar is the busiest, even when numbers are lower in theaters.

Prep List: Old Fashioned keg, pull rum diaries off charge, keep the dodgers in brooklyn

Pay Outs: 6.50 for cinnamon toast crunch

Lost & Found?: Yellow scarf in theater 2
